An Inviting and Personal Experience

by Louis Welcher
Father Jos' presentation on Integrated Ministry, via CAMPaM, is delivered in a very personal and inviting manner. He is able to engage the student in such a way as to give the impression that he is communicating directly with the individual. The result is a most satisfying and enjoyable experience. While pointing out the benefits of CAMPaM training, Father does not shy away from answering the questions which could be posed with a negative view of this alternative methodology. His polemic for a "both/and" practice, as opposed to an "either/or", gives the practitioner the confidence to proceed. While my particular healing ministry is outside the traditional role of chaplaincy, I learned much in the course which will be of benefit to me as I minister. I am grateful for this course, and for its having been made available in this format. I would not have been able to complete this study had it been necessary for me to attend an on-site presentation. I also appreciate the brevity of the individual learning segments. Like most, I have a schedule which is, at the least, busy, and often hectic. Being able to study in short periods of time, returning later to continue, is a true blessing. "Integrated Ministry: CAMPaM" has my highest recommendation. I strongly encourage all who have interest in the subject to make it a part of your educational opportunities. Prof. Brother Louis Welcher, OP
